A white wine with a pale hazy (unfiltered) yellow and golden hue. 

No skin contact contact! But 9 months on the Lees in stainless steel.

Produced by João Tavares de Pina at Qunita da Boavista in the Dão region of Portugal.

Clean stone fruits on the palate, Nectarine, Apricot and a hint of melon. Savoury salinity, youth and energy to this wine, balanced acidity and 12% alcohol.

A blend of:

- Encruzado 51%

- Cerceal Branco 36%

- Malvasia Fina 7%

- Bical 6%

A great opener just because and perfect accompanied along side a lunch time salad.
